We specialize in international companies that are looking for a small team to support their business in The Netherlands in all areas of finance, tax and legal. A configurable, scalable, blend of expert advice and services tailored to help your Dutch organisation work.
Like traditional accounting firms, our services include: bookkeeping, tax preparation, statutory and consolidated accounts including co-ordination of external audits, group consolidation, management reporting and cash-flow planning.
In addition, we provide support in areas such as:
- (Structuring of) intra group financing, ensuring adequate management of financial resources within the group, including adequate documentation with appropriate attention to legal and tax aspects
- Country by country reporting, UBO registration, Master and Local file, substance requirements
- Acquisition, divestment and liquidation of activities or legal entities
- Maintaining effective and efficient working relationships with external advisors and auditors
- Managing your relationship with banks

About Us
We are a duo of committed finance professionals who have proven to successfully manage new challenges. Our extensive experience in finance coupled with affinity with tax and legal matters enables us to take on complex assignments. We enjoy working as a team where we complement each other’s strengths.
Having built our professional relationship working together as auditors at EY, we kept in touch and joined forces again in 2015 at First Heritage Brands, an investment holding company headquartered in Hong Kong.
We founded KL2 Finance Team in 2022. We’re excited to continue to support companies with our experience and expertise. We believe that as a team we work best.

Kim Blankestijn
I am an enthusiastic, social and driven professional who likes to undertake new challenges. I have extensive experience in financial audit and have an affinity with tax and legal. I have developed good planning and organizational skills and am confident working independently or as part of a team.
Loes Jager
I am a pro-active committed finance professional with enthusiasm and drive; extensive experience in financial auditing followed by a position as manager of a large financial department. Since 2014 I have specialized in providing financial accounting and controlling services to international groups. Special interest for tax and legal.
